About this role

Do you have a genuine interest in helping people get organized with beautiful, functional custom storage? Closets of Tulsa is seeking a creative, meticulous, polished professional to join our team as a Full-Time Client Services & Design Coordinator.

This multifaceted, dynamic role combines customer service, scheduling, office administration, and design support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in our custom storage design and installation process.

We provide paid training in the fundamentals of closet design, space planning and home storage, with potential for the right candidate to advance into a design role in the future.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves organizing spaces and solving storage challenges; has an eye for design and aesthetics; is eager to learn closet design and drafting; thrives in a small-business environment; and wants opportunities to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Office Support

  • Answer incoming calls and texts and respond to customer inquiries

  • Schedule design consultations and installation appointments

  • Confirm appointments and maintain calendars

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients

  • Manage client information and project records

  • Coordinate communication between clients, designers, installers, and vendors

  • Assist with office administration and project coordination

Design Support & Space Planning

  • Learn our design software and drafting systems

  • Assist with measuring, drafting, and preparing closet designs

  • Support designers with project documentation and revisions

  • Learn principles of space planning, organization, and storage design

  • Help customers identify organizational needs and storage goals

  • Stay current on closet design trends, materials, and accessories

  • Participate in product and design training


Qualifications

Priority

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Highly organized and able to efficiently navigate multiple tasks

  • Comfortable learning computer-based design software

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Professional appearance and phone presence

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Must live in the Tulsa area

Preferred

  • Interest in interior or residential design, home organization, or space planning

  • Experience with design software, drafting, CAD, or related programs

  • Background in customer service, administration, retail design, home furnishings, or organizing

  • Passion for creating organized, functional spaces
